The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products had been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Request for Return or Exchanges
Please request for return or exchange of products by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days that the order is received. You are required to include the following details in the email:

- Reason for return or exchange:
- Images of the product if found damaged or defective.
Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within three (3) business days for further instructions. To exchange the item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchange.
We will reimburse you the return shipping costs if the products were damaged or wrongly delivered.
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
